Forslaget til konsekvensutredningsprogram for Utsira Nord er nå sendt på offentlig høring. NVE leder prosessen, som pågår fra 4. mai til 18. juni.
Det foreslåtte programmet for konsekvensutredning (KU) for Utsira Nord-prosjektet er nå lagt ut på offentlig høring, som en del av konsesjonsprosessen etter Havenergilova. Norges vassdrags- og energidirektorat (NVE) vil håndtere høringsprosessen, som er åpen fra 4. mai til 18. juni. NVE har fått delegert ansvar fra Utsira Nord.
Alle høringsdokumenter, kunngjøringer og øvrig saksgrunnlag publiseres av NVE og inngår som en del av NVEs formelle saksbehandling.

Høring og møter
Som en del av høringsprosessen vil NVE i juni arrangere to åpne folkemøter. Møtene vil bli holdt i kommunene som er direkte berørt av nettilknytningen.
• Utsira kommune, tirsdag 2. juni kl. 19:00–21:00. Møtet avholdes på Sirakompasset, Magnhild Meltveit Kleppas veg 8, 5547 Utsira.
• Karmøy kommune, onsdag 3. juni kl. 18:00–20:00. Møtet avholdes på Karmøy kino, Stangelandsgata 7, 4250 Kopervik.
Under møtene vil NVE orientere om behandlingen av meldingene og forslag til utredningsprogram. Selskapene vil være til stede på begge møtene og orientere om sine planer.

NVE has opened the public consultation for the proposed EIA programme for Utsira Nord. The consultation period runs from 4 May until 18 June.
The proposed environmental impact assessment (EIA) program for the Utsira Nord project is now open for public consultation, as part of the licensing process under the Offshore Energy Act (Havenergilova). The Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (NVE) will be handling the consultation process, which is open from 4 May to 18 June. NVE has been delegated the responsibility by the Ministry of Energy to process notifications, the consultations, and to determine the EIA programs for the awarded project areas at Utsira Nord.
All consultation documents, public noticesand further case material are published by NVE and form part of NVEs formalcase handling.

Harald Hårfagre AS (Deep Wind Offshore and EDF power solutions) remains available for general information about the project but does not receive or process consultation statements.
As part of the consultation process, NVE will in June be arranging two public meetings, open for the general public. The meetings will be held in the municipalities directly affected by the grid connections.
• Utsira kommune, Tuesday 2 June,19:00-21:00. The meeting will be held at Sirakompasset, Magnhild Meltveit Kleppas Veg 8, 5547 Utsira.
• Karmøy kommune, Wednesday 3 juni,18:00-20:00. The meeting will be held at Karmøy Kino, Stangelandsgata 7, 4250Kopervik.
During the meetings NVE will give information about the processing of the notifications and proposed EIAs. The companies will be present at the meetings and provide information about their plans.
