Our core business model is to build a sustainable company to help reduce our own and the global carbon footprint.
Offshore wind farms are by no means independent ecosystems, and close collaboration with local communities and other users and interest groups in the ocean space is essential. Sustainability for us is vital in all projects, both including economic, social and environmental impacts.
We work together with local authorities and fisheries, other ocean users, and interest groups to ensure that the offshore wind farms are developed in a sustainable manner to mitigate any negative impact while benefiting the local community to the extent that they feel ownership in the project.
To achieve sustainability in the way we operate, we are constantly assessing how our activities might impact the environment and the communities. We are working actively to achieve the UN sustainability goals by incorporating them in our strategies and operations.
